Keiki Yoga

Individual: Do you have a keiki who needs extra support through a yoga, holistic lens? Individual clients understand the benefits of physical movement, breathing techniques, and meditation for physical, emotional, and mental health. This is ideal for a keiki who is going through challenging events, emotions, or transitions. These sessions are developed in close partnership with caregivers.

Small Group (single class): Great for building community (class) strength and bonding. We will dive into themes to support communication skills, de-escalation, and encourage imagination and play. Fun for everyone!

Large Groups (multi-class): Here we are really focused on curriculum and accessibility across ages and abilities. I focus on social and emotional themes paired with yoga techniques to support nervous system regulation, self-care, and resilience. In these classes, I use repetition to ensure keiki can remember these techniques and take them with them throughout their lives.
