Aloha, I’m Laura Nohealani Emiko Toyofuku-Aki (she/her), Toyoteriyaki!

I am passionate about yoga, pranayama, and meditation as an entry point for collective and individual healing. I am currently working with keiki (youth, schools) and private clients teaching trauma-informed yoga and meditation. I also teach community classes and yoga teacher trainings focused on trauma-informed, resilience-centered, and social justice for Native people in Hawai’i. My teaching is designed to be accessible to everyone and concentrate on BIPOC and those amplifying BIPOC stories, teachings, and voices.
